Those glowing tanks in the windows above the dining room are the brewery. Our house beers are made right upstairs, one floor from your table, so the lager in your glass travels about twenty feet to get there.

It’s why the house list runs fresh and changes often: when a new batch is ready upstairs, it goes on tap downstairs.
